Very crowded the night we visited, so only walk up bar service was available. Fun night of singalong karaoke! Met many "regulars" who frequent this little neighborhood dive bar.
Bartender was attentive, nice and very sweet. She had a very heavy pour and the cost was certainly reasonable. The crowd/guest were friendly and welcoming. The bathroom was clean, too. I'd certainly go again... Even if there is no grill. 5 stars, for sure.
This place is extremely friendly, well staffed, and always a good time. The "no grill" is actually an interesting touch. Corn dogs, soft pretzels and cheese balls are available for a fun snack. Tons of KC and local sports memorabilia adorn the walls and, hand painted ceiling tiles that sport beer and spirit adverts. My favorite place in Waldo.

This place is a blast, especially once you've been a few times and meet some of the regs. Laid back. Usually not too crowded. Lots of TVs and a good layout. Staff simultaneously friendly and surly, in a good way. My favorite KC dive

This neighborhood bar has become a Waldo staple! The owner and bartenders are super friendly, sling drinks like no other and are so much fun! Stop in and check out this locally owned bar! You won't be disappointed! Patrick's also hosts a .1K the second Sunday of August at the bar, raising money for the Kansas City chapter for Hospice; 15 years and counting! It's a wonderful event raising money through donations, silent actions and tons of cool raffle ticket items! Your donation gets you a tank top or t-shirt and for the event. All the hard work and dedication that goes into it is spectacular! Definitely swing by the next time you're in Waldo!
